Hospital thoughts

When the dialysis section is right beside the ICU section, it should feel natural to see a dead body being wheeled out in a stretcher. But nothing beats the sound of silence that suddenly grabs hold of the bustling corridor when it happens. You involuntarily move out of the way and stand still, frozen by the sight, the feeling that someone has lost a loved one again and that you should respect the dead stranger.
